2famo.us provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated without notice.

Description of Service

2famo.us provides users with access to a free Internet marketing and website promotion dedicated website (the "Website"). Users can promote their websites by continuously booking them on the home page of 2famo.us. User websites can be booked on daily slots. User websites will receive scores based on the booked position, booking frequency, views, visits and ratings. User websites having top scores are continuously displayed in the right side bar. You understand and agree that the Website may include advertisements, sponsored links, promotional listings, or paid placement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features enhancing the current Website shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

Inappropriate Content
  1. Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited
  2. Offensive and indecent website names are not allowed and will be blocked
  3. 2famo.us is not responsible for the content of any of the submitted websites. We reserve the right to remove any websites that are in violation of our terms and conditions. 2famo.us membership will be revoked if any of the following activities occur:
    • Adult or Pornographic related
    • Hate, Bigotry, and/or Intolerance
    • Warez or Software Piracy related
    • Music Piracy Related
    • Hacking Related
    • Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed)
    • Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software.
    • Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software.
    • Anything related to illegal activity
Indemnity

To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, 2famo.us shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use 2famo.us services. You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 2famo.us and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all third party claims, liability, damages, losses and/or costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your failure to comply with these terms of use; (b) your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other right of a third party; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

General Practices

You acknowledge that 2famo.us may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Website. You acknowledge that 2famo.us may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. You further acknowledge that 2famo.us reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Modifications and Termination of Website

2famo.us reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that 2famo.us shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website, nor for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur (including, for example, from a system crash, security breach, or hard disk failure)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2FAMO.US DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, THE IMPLIED CONDITION OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 2FAMO.US MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT

  1. THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
  2. THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
  3. THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
  4. THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM 2FAMO.US OR THROUGH THE WEBSUTE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT 2FAMO.US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

General

The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and 2famo.us, superceding any other agreements between you and 2famo.us.
